Where Did the Induction Lamp Come From?

Induction lighting was actually first imagined by J.J. Thomson the Nobel laureate and demonstrated in the 1890s by Nikola Tesla. It was not really practical to produce induction technology, however, until the 1960s and 70s, and only in the 1990s did the induction lamp start to come into regular use.
