Water damage: it’s something you’ve probably had to deal with at some point in your life (and no, we aren’t talking about accidentally leaving your phone outside in the rain) because it makes up nearly one quarter of all residential property damage in the U.S. Sometimes it’s due to a failing sump pump; sometimes your dishwasher decides to have a minor explosion when you’re gone for the day.
